This policy describes the refund, cancellation, exchange, and delivery conditions for services and products provided by Bench.
Digital content (eBooks, image packs, subscription gift cards, etc.) is provided immediately after payment completion. eBooks and image packs are available for download as files (PDF, image) right after purchase. Subscription gift cards are issued as a unique code upon payment completion. Digital content can be purchased without membership registration.
Refunds for digital content are available within 7 days of purchase if the content has not been downloaded or the gift code has not been used. Once a file has been downloaded or a gift code has been redeemed, refunds are not available due to the nature of digital goods. To request a refund, please contact us at 010-5706-3180.
Physical products can be exchanged or refunded within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unopened and in original condition. Products that are opened, used, or damaged by the customer cannot be exchanged or refunded. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective. Physical products are shipped within 3-7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the region and logistics conditions.
Orders can be freely cancelled before payment is completed. After payment, cancellation follows the refund procedure described above. Partial cancellation of a single order is not supported.
Credit/debit card refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Bank transfer refunds are processed within 1-3 business days. The actual refund timing may vary depending on the card company or bank.
